This summary is a quick read — not the legal text. The numbered sections below are the actual policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how MakingMoreLand LLC, doing business as Texas Footprint ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our hosted landing page service. By signing up, you agree to the practices described here. Questions? Email help@texasfootprint.com.

1. Who We Are

MakingMoreLand LLC d/b/a Texas Footprint
Central Texas, USA
help@texasfootprint.com

We are a Texas limited liability company. Our service builds and hosts landing pages for trade workers across Texas. We do not have a public storefront — all services are delivered digitally.

2. What We Collect and When

When you sign up:

Payment:

Billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card information directly. We never see, receive, or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. We receive only a payment confirmation and a Stripe customer reference ID.

Domain registration:

We register a .com domain at Namecheap in your name. Namecheap's WHOIS records will reflect the information you provide. Your domain belongs to you.

Analytics:

We use a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter on our own server. GoatCounter records page-view counts only — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data, no individual visitor tracking. See Section 5.

WhatsApp:

If you contact us through WhatsApp Business (713-291-0881), those messages are stored by Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Meta stores your messages.

What we do not collect:

If you email or message us directly, we receive and retain whatever you include in that message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to deliver and support the service:

We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data. We do not run any third-party advertising or conversion-tracking tags on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before any such tag is installed.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with the vendors we need to deliver the service:

We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any party not listed above, except as required by law. We do not sell personal information — period.

If required by a valid court order or applicable law, we may disclose information. Where legally permitted, we will notify you first.

5. Analytics — GoatCounter

We use a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter for site analytics. Here is what that means in plain English:

We use this data solely to understand which pages receive traffic. We cannot identify individual visitors.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Texas Footprint site: We do not set advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. GoatCounter does not use cookies (see Section 5).

Stripe (payment): During checkout, Stripe may place session cookies to manage the payment flow. These are set by Stripe under Stripe's policy. We do not control them.

No retargeting or ad pixels: We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any other advertising or conversion-tracking scripts on this site.

Managing cookies: You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at help@texasfootprint.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected a child's data.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You have rights over your personal information. Here is what we honor:

All clients: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Texas residents — Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data and do not run targeted-advertising tags. To exercise a TDPSA right, email us with the subject line "TX DPSA Request."

California residents (CCPA / CPRA): You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. We do not sell personal information. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.

To make a request: Email help@texasfootprint.com with subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days. We may extend by up to 45 additional days with notice where permitted.

To appeal a decision: Email with subject line "Privacy Appeal." We respond within 60 days.

11. What Happens When You Cancel

Your domain stays yours — it is registered in your name at Namecheap and you can transfer it to any registrar at any time. We do not hold your domain hostage.

Your hosted page and associated data on our server will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Billing records are kept for 7 years per Texas tax law. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we'll do it faster.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top. Your continued use of our service after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy. You may request deletion of your data per Section 10 if you disagree with any change.

13. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service on a contractual matter, the Terms of Service control.
